Your Role in Our Team

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our IT department as a Computer Technician. If you are excited about contributing to a dynamic accounting firm, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

As a Computer Technician reporting to the IT Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our computer systems. Your main duties will include:

  • Providing timely and courteous technical support to users, diagnosing issues, and resolving or escalating complex problems as necessary.
  • Installing and configuring IT hardware and software, securing systems and applications, and preparing technical documentation.
  • Managing Microsoft 365 cloud solutions and engaging in innovative technology projects.

Qualifications for Our Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, particularly in user support.
  • A college diploma in Information Technology, with a strong background in Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, Windows server infrastructure, and networking.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365, and enterprise local networks.
  • Experience with VMware and scripting languages such as PowerShell is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
