Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Non-Executive Director to join our board at Itad Ltd and contribute to our strategic direction, governance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help shape our company's strategic direction, focusing on key international development trends and implications for our clients and markets.
  • Review our management information to ensure performance and delivery of our strategy, and that our objectives are ambitious and achievable.
  • Contribute effectively to board meetings, held quarterly and as needed.
Requirements:
  • Passion for international development and the role of evidence in driving positive change.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in an international development organisation, including board-level experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of our key service areas, including strategy or monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
  • Extensive experience working with one of our key client groups: governments, multilateral agencies, or philanthropic foundations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to offer constructive challenge and advice.
