Project Manager - IT

The Prairie Payments Joint Venture Ltd. is a leading provider of digital payment solutions for credit unions in the Prairies. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects and ensure their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of IT projects
  • Follow the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality project outcomes
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to coordinate resource utilization and ensure project compliance with best practices and policies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project personnel, vendors, and end-users, to ensure cross-functional team delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success
  • Manage expenditures in accordance with the budget and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across product management, technology, and operations to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress and ensure resource availability
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working as a project manager
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Education in computer science, engineering, project management, or business administration
