Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months in a similar role is preferred.

- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Direct supervision of 1 to 2 staff members.
- Oversee food and beverage servers.
- Manage food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Guide kitchen and food service helpers.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
