Your Role as a Health Care Aid Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Care Aid Instructor to join our team. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals by delivering engaging and informative instruction to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching that aligns with module and program objectives outlined in the curriculum.
  • Conduct fair and comprehensive evaluations of student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative curriculum and teaching materials, ensuring they are relevant and engaging for students.
  • Participate actively in college-organized activities related to the program, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide administrative support to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications

Training and Experience

  • A diploma obtained after two years of professional sales training. A bachelor's degree in teaching is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of private post-secondary training or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate integrity, empathy, and sincerity when interacting with others is essential.
  • Genuine interest in pedagogy and diverse teaching approaches.
  • Industry-relevant knowledge and skills related to the teaching sector, including continuous development and improvement practices.
