About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Saab Electric Ltd. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the electrical operations and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Electrical Workers: Direct and manage a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate Electrical Projects: Plan, organize, and schedule electrical projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Train and Develop Electrical Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Electrical Costs: Conduct cost estimates for electrical materials and labor to ensure accurate project pricing.
  • Ensure Electrical Safety: Implement and enforce electrical safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Recommend Electrical Personnel Actions: Provide recommendations for personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
  • Procure Electrical Materials and Equipment: Source and procure electrical materials and equipment to support project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
