About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Hallmark Electrical (2016) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and coordinating activities to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinating work activities with other work units as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
