Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement community programs and services that meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to identify and address social issues.
- Staff Supervision and Development
- Supervise and mentor professional and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct research and analysis to inform program development and evaluation.
- Develop and implement research studies to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
- Communication and Community Engagement
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance our mission and goals.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, community development, or a related field.
- Experience
- 5 years or more of experience in community development, social services, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
