ROLE OF A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT: In this vital role, you will be essential in addressing patient needs to ensure their ongoing comfort while delivering both direct and indirect supportive nursing assistance within our Acute Surgical Unit.

WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Qualifications
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or enrollment in a health assistant program at a vocational institution.
  2. Experience in patient care or completion of one semester in a healthcare-related program is necessary.
  3. Current CPR certification is mandatory or must be obtained within six months of employment.
  4. Comprehensive Crisis Management certification is required or must be acquired within twelve months of employment.
