Key Responsibilities:
  • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers to collect
  • Portion and wrap foods to the correct specifications
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a high level of quality and presentation
  • Take customers' orders and process payments efficiently
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to the required standards
Work Environment:

As a Food Counter Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Language:

English or French

Work Hours:

40 hours per week
