Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at India Chaat House and Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and mentor our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Manage Staffing and Scheduling

Recruit, hire, and manage our food service staff, including creating schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain our high standards.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage our restaurant's budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our restaurant.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports as required, and maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week.
