Key Responsibilities as a Sales Counter Associate:

  • Welcome all customers (in-person or via phone) with a friendly, engaging demeanor.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of products through various channels including phone, email, and in-person, while enhancing customer service and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
