  2. Conduct regular inspections and enforce established safety protocols.
  3. Facilitate orientation for new employees and lead safety/toolbox discussions.
  4. Address First Aid situations and handle incident reporting.
  5. Carry out risk assessments and implement preventative strategies.
  6. Compile monthly reports regarding safety incidents and compliance status.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Completion of Level 2 Occupational First Aid Training is mandatory.
  2. Certification in Construction Safety Officer Training is advantageous.
  3. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Familiarity with WorkSafe Regulations and risk management practices.
