Job Description

We are seeking a Senior.Net Developer to join our team for a 4-month contract employment opportunity. As a Senior.Net Developer, you will develop scalable software solutions, integrating with multiple Azure cloud services to support our client's infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement software solutions using C# and the.NET ecosystem, ensuring efficient, high-quality code.
  • Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support microservices architecture and enable seamless data exchange across various systems.
  • Manage and optimize databases using SQL Server, ensuring data reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault to build scalable cloud-native solutions.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring efficient code integration, automated testing, and streamlined deployments.
  • Ensure robust security practices and leverage Azure's monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for performance and security monitoring.
  • Provide thorough documentation for APIs, services, and system architecture to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, clarity, and the successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Storage.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions within time-constrained projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a contract setting.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Azure security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.
  • SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) experience for data integration and transformation.
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing stored procedures to enhance database operations and performance.
