About the Role:

As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests
  • Managing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Providing personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 2 years in a food and beverage environment
  • Experience in meat, seafood, deli, and dairy departments, as well as bakery and pastry, is an asset
  • A valid certification in food safety and handling is required
  • Passion for food and customer service is essential
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
