Job Profile: Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel

Reports to: Kristy Phelan

Loblaw, a leading Canadian retailer, is seeking a Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel to provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly service and respond to Asset Protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
  • Escalate crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm in high tension situations.
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid and CPR certified is an asset.
