Building Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at ONxpress Operations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain safe and efficient.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in building operations or a related field.
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
- Building operator certificate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
