Accounting Cycle Expertise

Embark on a challenging role as an Accounting Cycle Expert at Direct Travel, where you will be responsible for managing the accounting cycle for our company. This includes day-to-day accounting activities, calculating regional disbursements, creating and sending internal memos, and processing payments to suppliers.

General Accounting Support

As a General Accounting Support Specialist, you will provide assistance with general ledger journal entry recording, reviewing and analyzing Vision internal consolidator entries, and creating manual invoices. You will also be responsible for sales tax analysis and other tasks as needed.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Full Accounting Cycle
  • DEC or other education in accounting
  • Bilingual in French and English languages, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience in a leadership role
  • Solid interpersonal skills, with a focus on diplomacy and adaptability
  • Excellent track record in client relationship management
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and file management skills
  • Superior communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
