Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Dust and polish furniture, vacuum and clean floors, and clean and disinfect bathroom and kitchen fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels, and restock supplies.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
