Conserve It Renovations Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, cement finishers, glaziers, and other tradespeople.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Train and supervise apprentices and junior staff members.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, time sheets, and inventory management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to work at heights, in noisy environments, and in outdoor conditions.
- Varied work sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
- Ability to travel to different work sites as required.
