Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor - Site Management and Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at A.A.G Services (Construction & Renovation) LTD. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and projects
  • Prepare and submit production and other reports as required
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

  • Varied locations
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
