Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Manulife. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving process improvement, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Scrum planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain Scrum boards and reports to track project progress
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
