Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Ridge Meadows Hospital in Maple Ridge, B.C. This is a part-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
