Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing initiatives of BELL. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding advertising and promotional strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Inquiry Management: Respond to both written and verbal inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Material Preparation: Assist in the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage special publicity events and promotional activities.
  • Research and Development: Gather, research, and prepare communication materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Program Delivery: Prepare and/or deliver educational and informational programs, materials, and sessions to enhance customer understanding.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a related field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Work Hours: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
