About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
    • Ensure that all dishes, glasses, and utensils are washed and sanitized properly.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items according to Pizza Hut's recipes and standards.
    • Package and serve food items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
    • Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive and store inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Language
    • English.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a team environment.
