The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Douglas College is seeking a qualified individual to fill a regular probationary faculty position in the Business Management Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach upper-level courses in Business Strategy & Competitive Analysis, Organizational Management Skills, and Management Essentials.
- Develop and implement learning activities that promote student engagement and success.
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to ensure academic excellence.
- PhD or ABD status in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum three years of work and teaching experience directly related to the assigned teaching responsibility.

- Working knowledge of computer applications and educational technologies.
- Previous successful teaching experience at the post-secondary level.
