Job Title: Regular Probationary Faculty

The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Douglas College is seeking a qualified individual to fill a regular probationary faculty position in the Business Management Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach upper-level courses in Business Strategy & Competitive Analysis, Organizational Management Skills, and Management Essentials.
  • Develop and implement learning activities that promote student engagement and success.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to ensure academic excellence.
Requirements:
  • PhD or ABD status in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
