Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and supportive customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Utilize detailed product knowledge to inform and educate customers, driving sales and building customer loyalty.
  • Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends, sharing your passion for fashion and home decor with customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous sales and retail experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and in-store experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail is an asset, but not necessary.
