Job Summary

CAMBIE PHYSIOTHERAPY AND HEALTH CLINIC INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming mail and other materials, and distribute them to the relevant staff members
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a calendar of upcoming events
  • Prepare and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
