Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Consultant to join our team at Midas Thunder Bay 9198. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and Sell Jobs: Develop and present accurate estimates to customers, source parts, and sell jobs to drive sales growth.
  • Interpret Inspection Results: Work closely with technicians to interpret inspection results and present findings to customers.
  • Deliver Superior Customer Service: Listen to and consult with customers to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with peers to promote success and drive team performance.
  • Maximize Retail Sales and Shop Profitability: Achieve or exceed shop objectives and goals by maximizing retail sales and shop profitability.

Requirements:

  • General Automotive Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of automotive principles and practices.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry: Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Good Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Team-Building Skills: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with peers to achieve team goals.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
