**About the Role**

Homewood Health is seeking a skilled mental health professional to provide occasional contract services for our Enhanced Mental Health Care, Depression Care, and Trauma Care Programs across New Brunswick.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Utilize evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused, CBT, and DBT, to provide treatment focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use-related concerns.
  • Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress throughout treatment using our Measurement-Based Care platform.
  • Adhere to professional standards and best practices.
  • Engage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration or clinical membership with a relevant governing body, with the ability to deliver psychotherapy services in your province of practice.
  • 3 to 5 years of clinical counseling experience post-Master's degree.
  • Experience in Trauma/PTSD counseling, including working with First Responder populations, is a strong asset.
  • Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset.

  • Proficiency in providing counseling services in either English or French is required.
  • Counseling proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
