Job Title: Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Clore Beauty Supply. As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and other key metrics
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills
  • Team player with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
