Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McSound Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
    • Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Schedule
    • Work 40 hours per week.
