Food Service Manager

CURRIZZA RESTAURANTS INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Our restaurant is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
