About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families who have experienced trauma, traumatic injury, and complex orthopedic injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy services to clients
  • Interface with medical, legal, and insurance systems
  • Advocate for and link clients to community-based resources
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress
  • Provide detailed reports as part of the medical-legal system
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through training and networking
