About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Tokyo Avenue. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals and dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. As a team player, you will be working closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
