Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex technical projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members, to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including conducting regular progress reviews and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve project delivery processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical delivery management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
