Tire Technician Job Description

At Truckco Mechanical LTD., we are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles by performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing engine oil, lubricating running gears, and replacing oil, air, and fuel filters.
  • Tire Installation and Repair: Install and repair tires, including balancing and rotating them to ensure optimal performance.
  • Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on heavy equipment, including greasing booms, pulleys, and other components.
  • Installation Specialization: Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, and radiators.
  • On-Site Services: Provide on-site services to customers, including tire installation and repair.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 hours per week.
