We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Fivebutchers Meat. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to meet customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones and excess fat from meats
- Weigh and price meat products accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
