BC Ltd is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates for our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
