Job Title: Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician to join our team at Westyork Rental Corp. As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment, adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts, testing repaired equipment for proper performance, and performing routine maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
  • Perform routine maintenance
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
