Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in successfully leading transformational changes within data governance & analytics teams.

About the Role:

The Senior Change Management Consultant will be responsible for leading the People Change Management workstreams across various projects, using Prosci, our enterprise-wide change management approach. You will assess the PCM requirements of assigned initiatives, identify key PCM workstreams, and develop a PCM approach and plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to achieve employee adoption and behavioral changes.
  • Lead the People Change Management workstreams across various projects, using Prosci.
  • Assess PCM requirements of assigned initiatives and identify key PCM workstreams.
  • Develop a PCM approach and plan to ensure successful change management.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure aligned strategies.

Requirements:

  • Prosci certification and/or PCM professional accreditation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to make meaningful relationships and align diverse groups to a common goal.
  • Experience in influencing diverse groups to adopt new systems and integrate new practices.
  • Strong communication and marketing skills to translate complex concepts into simple, practical advice pieces.
