Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Airdrie Truck and Auto Sales/Repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage our office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Develop and maintain our filing systems, both manual and computerized.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
