Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production activities of our manufacturing plants to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Collaborate with production management to develop and implement production schedules that meet customer requirements and optimize resource utilization.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Liaise with production supervisors, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Education: University degree or diploma in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
