The primary function of the Client Experience Specialist is to assist the Advisor and the team with various administrative duties, enabling them to concentrate on client interactions. The CES works in close partnership with the team to foster a 'life planning' methodology for clients, ensuring peace of mind and inspiring them to chase their aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage client inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Oversee office scheduling, appointments, and events to ensure a tailored client experience.
- Prepare documentation for meetings and coordinate account and trade instructions.
- Verify the accuracy of paperwork, financial strategies, and client communications.
- Enhance CRM and software systems for optimal efficiency.
- Facilitate the client onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support office and client management initiatives.
- Proactively address client concerns and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative or support capacity, ideally within financial advisory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with industry-specific platforms and fundamental insurance concepts.
- Relevant certifications or ongoing education in related areas.
