Your Role:
As a key member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist high-value clients in securing their financial futures and establishing their enterprises. In your capacity as a Financial Services Associate within the Imperial Service Team, you will provide essential administrative and client support aimed at identifying growth opportunities. Your ability to cultivate strong working relationships will significantly contribute to the financial success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Utilize your expertise in cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to address client inquiries and provide valuable information. Work alongside your Financial Advisor to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate active listening and inquiry skills to understand client needs. Take ownership of client issues and collaborate with colleagues to devise effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Manage client files, schedule appointments, and maintain organized schedules. Enhance team productivity by proactively identifying business opportunities.
