Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle transmissions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Perform general mechanical repairs as needed to maintain the integrity of our fleet.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity and safety.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair status and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanic in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components, including transmission repair.
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, with a focus on transmission repair.
- Proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
Additional Assets:
- Specialization in transmission repair, with a focus on high-performance vehicles.
- Experience with various makes and models of vehicles, including those with complex transmission systems.
