About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at SEA TO SKY PRECISION CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST and other tax-related documents.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, and other financial statements as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
