Cloud Contact Center (CcaaS) Technical Advisor

This role focuses on helping clients elevate their customer service experiences by designing innovative solutions for enhanced service and support, field service operations, and AI-driven implementations. As a technical advisor, you will spearhead contact center transformation initiatives, identify new avenues for client service optimization, and contribute to solution development through your deep expertise.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide best practices in Contact Center Transformation to elevate customer service organizations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in contact center and customer experience strategies
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions
  • Lead the configuration and integration of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions
  • Manage the CCaaS deployment process, ensuring a seamless transition for clients
What You Bring:
  • Extensive experience in Customer Service and Contact Centers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams
  • Proven success in large-scale enterprise implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of Contact Center technologies and solutions
  • Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms and related technologies
  • Familiarity with AI use cases within service/contact center operations
  • Experience in sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets
