Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Primary Care Network team in 100 Mile House, B.C. As a key member of our interprofessional care team, you will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, providing clinic visits, and offering ongoing monitoring and self-management support to clients with chronic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will work in collaboration with our team to provide integrated care planning and ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
