About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at 100 Mile House & District Hospital (OMH), a comprehensive South Cariboo Health Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation to patients and/or their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote self-management and empowerment
